The spheres below all grant totem fragments. Make sure to understand bad luck protection before opening them.
The cheapest spheres are found in invasions.

Gifting a totem sphere
To give a sphere you must have previously maxed the totems of all the elements it may contain.
Go to Support > Gameplay > Totems > Gift/exchange a Totem Sphere
Exchange
You can exchange a sphere for 350 elemental catalysts.
