Best Teams for Osh

Here are the best Osh teams as of May 2026. rev:2026-07-01

Those teams are designed for level 160. At this level Osh has impossibly high armor and magic defense (160k). This requires very specific team compositions, full of armor or magic penetration artifacts, ir pure damage.

At low-level, however, you can be much more creative with your teams, and some compositions may work better than the ones presented here, although they will eventually fall short.

Orion

	Auto:30M-50M

The easiest team of all, perfect for beginners since the Jhu team is very long to develop. You really just need a good Orion and a cheap Dorian.

Jhu/Lara

	Auto: 10M-490M (260M)
	Auto: 10M-580M (280M)

The Jhu team is the original version, and the least random of both.

The Lara version is more or less equivalent, albeit more random, but with a higher survival rate (95% versus 85%).

Cornelius (Osh160 only)

Manual: 50M-3000M Auto: 8M-900M (200M)

While this monster team has a very high damage potential, it is also the most random of all Isaac teams and will disappoint you most of weeks! It must also must be played manually and the difficulty is medium.

Corvus

	Manual:60M
	Manual:45M

Nota that Corvus, Aidan and Byrna are also used for an excellent Maestro team, so this one is more than just a second rate team.

Jhu solo

	20M-30M
	20M

For those using Isaac for Lara or Cornelius, we can salvage Jhu thanks to his pure damage component, to overcome the lack of armor penetration artifacts.
