Martha Counters

Cleaver Cleaver brings his enemies to the front, which is good and bad for Martha. Because while she will be able to tank at the front and ult more often, her totem will also be destroyed, preventing any heal.
Cascade Cascade is an anti-healer in general, who cancels healing
Celeste Celeste another anti-healer, who transforms healing into damage
Keira Keira is great at destroying her totem quickly and reliably
