Valdur Event (Judgment Day)

Presentation

The introductory event for Valdur. New character events like those are arguably the most generous events of the game: plenty of free rewards from the shop, and a totem of choice for up to 50$.

Cost

It is strongly advised to plan ahead to get the most of this event. Consult the optimizer before you engage your resources.
Reaching the last chapter and its totem will probably require a bit more than 40$
You reach chapter 7 without paying. You can however reach chapter 5 - maybe chapter 6 with a lot of emeralds to spend
We will not know how many gifts Nexters grant us before the last day: waiting allows you to better optimize
But completing this event takes time, so do not wait for the last day

Tips

Coins, medallions, energy and relics from Alecto's event are reset before this one starts
Always upgrade the tome before investing in other relics. This will earn you a lot more coins. Once again, plan ahead
Stall coins are regenerated whenever you reset a chapter: feel free to try out your own team compositions :)
Some heroes are only available on the latest stages of a chapter
The island contains medallions and coins
Valdur needs 3130 soul stones and 18400 artifact fragments to be maxed

20 buffs → 1 titan resource chest
2 amulet levels → 1 titan resource chest
